Date: Saturday, July 31st
Time: 3pm – 5pm
The drum and soul dance circle is used for healing. It’s more of a spiritual gathering than one of professional quality music – which means you don’t have to be a musician or dancer to experience the full effect.
Science has shown that drum circles can be therapeutic. It greatly helps with anxiety, depression, stress and other issues. In a time where so many people are divided, this is a wonderful way for folks to come together. It is an informal gathering of people meeting just to release, let go and have fun.
Try your hand in drumming and bring your own instrument, if you have one. Drum, rattle, tambourine, flute, didgeridoo, or dance your heart out! All are welcome.
A portion of the proceeds will be going to the American Indian College Fund.
