Our lavender shortbread cookie mix is made from organic NY State heritage pastry flour and our culinary lavender bud. It’s super easy to make, just add butter and follow the directions on the package. Shortbread can be made for vegan diets using vegan margarine instead of real butter. Our mix is sourced, blended and bagged by Bobolink Dairy and Bakehouse in Milford NJ. One bag makes about 22 cookies.
