Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that is all about slowing down and opening your mind/ body through relaxing stretching poses with the help of props.  Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long relaxing holds, stillness, deep breathing and BONUS- cuddling with baby goats! This class is good for the soul and the heart!

Class Note: All students MUST BRING 2 pillows, a blanket and a yoga mat. These will not be available or provided during class.
