This immersive 2-hour experience is an invitation to reconnect with one of the most powerful tools you already have: your breath.
Through a blend of breath awareness, nervous system education, movement, and guided breathing practices, participants will learn how their breath directly influences the body, emotions, and internal state.
This workshop is not about “doing the breath correctly,” but about learning how to listen to it without judgment.
Participants will explore their breathing in different body positions, observe the movement of the diaphragm and rib cage, and begin to understand their own breathing patterns, where the breath is felt, how it moves, and how it shifts with thoughts, emotions, and awareness.
By developing a deeper awareness of these patterns, participants can begin to consciously transform the way they breathe, regulate, and connect with themselves.
The experience will include:
- guided breath awareness practices
- exploration of diaphragmatic and nasal breathing
- nervous system regulation techniques
- somatic movement and grounding exercises
- moments of stillness, reflection, and reconnection
- You will leave with practical breathing tools, a deeper awareness of your own breathing patterns.
- You will take home a guided Breath Awareness booklet to support continued connection, regulation, and self-awareness beyond the workshop.

Kattia has a background in Physical Therapy and is a yoga and meditation teacher and founder of BreathLab & Yoga Studio, a space where science and soul come together through breathwork, movement, and nervous system awareness.
With a deep passion for mind-body connection, she guides others in reconnecting with themselves through conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and embodied practices that support regulation, grounding, and transformation.
Through her workshops and experiences, Kattia invites people to move beyond the mind, listen to the wisdom of the body, and rediscover the power of the breath as a tool for awareness, healing, and connection. While sharing these practices, she remains a humble student in the school of Earth, continuously learning through breath, movement, nature, and human connection.
