Join us on a 1 ½ hour walk around the farm and discover the magic of spring foraging! As the earth blooms, we invite you to
experience the joy of connecting with the plants who abundantly want to share their gifts with us. This workshop is intended for beginner forgers who are interested in learning how to safely identify bioregional edible and medicinal plants. We will cover ethical methods of harvesting plants, discuss their culinary and medicinal uses and touch on some of their history and magic.
This walk is a great beginning to practicing plant identification and wildcrafting. We will provide you with recipes and tips you will need to continue working with your harvest at home.
If you enjoy yourself and want to get to know the plants through the season, come back in the fall when everyone has a new look!
