Wrap a smudge stick with our homegrown sage, lavender, sweet annie & mugwort! Learn about the benefits of herbal smoke, experience a smudge ceremony and learn to identify the wild herbs used in a smudge stick. You will make and take home a smudge stick that you have wrapped during the workshop and, as a bonus, we will be foraging the wild herbs as well as our own sage and lavender to take home with you to dry for wrapping a smudge at home!
Lavender tea will be served. You are welcome to bring a lunch and picnic by the waterfall after the session.
