When we take a journey to meet our power animal, it is done through an altered state through meditation, allowing us to share information through our visions and our dreams. Join Leslee Penny in a journey to meet your power animal!
When we call upon them, our power animal comes to us because they want to teach us. They are excited to show us the power that we share. When we seek them out they will give us understanding, love, energy and knowledge.
The ceremony is followed by an individual Medicine Card reading with Adrienne Crombie. “Medicine” is anything that improves one’s connection to the Great Mystery, your own personal power, strength and understanding. The Power Animal you draw from your Medicine Card reading may be identical to the one that came to you in your meditation or you may draw on a different animal that also has a message for you.
To integrate all we have learned, we will conclude the day with a full bodied Sound Healing session.
Please bring a snack, comfortable clothing, blankets and pillow to cozy up with. It is advisable to bring a yoga mat but we do have additional yoga mats on hand.
Leslee Penny is a shaman practitioner who is certified in a plethora of healing modalities. She has been working with Eastern philosophy for over 35 years, and brings her certifications of breathwork, meditation, martial arts, Tai Chi, hypnosis, life coaching, and sound healing into each of the workshops that she makes, allowing each one to be an enriching experience of the mind, body, and spirit. Her classes have made appearances at various yoga festivals, private healings, clinics, yoga studios, and the Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art. Her Tibetan singing bowl/gong healing workshops deliver hypnotically rejuvenating sound. She will transport you to a place of tranquility so your cells can renew in a bath of healing vibration.
Adrienne is an artist, lavender farmer, Tarot reader, root digger, goat moma and co-owner of Mad Lavender Farm. Adrienne wears many hats on the farm, including the Mad Hat. On any given day she may be wielding a paint brush, foraging wild herbs or digging in dirt.
